Used MZ motorcycles for sale

To some riders, the MZ name is synonymous with their cheap, utilitarian road going 2-strokes from the 1970's, including the MZ ES and ET models, however MZ had many racing successes in both on and off road competition. Still very popular with 2-stroke enthusiasts, the earlier road going machines were strong and fairly reliable, but by the early 1980's were in need of a major update. The company was renamed MUZ (Motorradwerk Zschopau) in 1992 and introduced a new range of motorcycles featuring much updated specifications including for the first time in MZ history, a 4-stroke powered machine, the 500R. Other notable machines badged MuZ include the Skorpion, which featured a 660cc Yamaha engine and enjoys an enthusiastic following due to its spirited performance and precise handling.
